The problem
A crusher experiencing an operational fault required an on-site inspection by Byfleet.

What we found and repaired
Our technician found that the clutch-engagement sensor wiring harness had become disconnected. The harness was reconnected and secured.
During the same visit, site personnel reported a roller that had come loose. Byfleet identified it as the bottom roller, refitted it and secured the retaining bolt.

Checked before completion
The crusher was started and tested after the harness repair. Normal operation was restored during testing, and the bottom roller’s mounting was checked after refitting.
