SERVICE OVERVIEW

Get to the cause of your machinery fault.

Slow hydraulics, loss of force or a machine that stops intermittently can have hydraulic, mechanical or electrical causes. We check the affected system, connections and components before recommending repairs, replacement parts or further testing.

Byfleet supports excavators, loaders, crushers and other working equipment. Tell us the machine make and model, the fault, site location and how urgently you need help. We will discuss whether mobile attendance is suitable or whether the job needs our East Tamaki workshop, then explain the findings and agree on the repair scope.

RECENT ELECTRICAL FAULT-FINDING

Sensor wiring checked on site.

During a crusher inspection, Byfleet found a disconnected clutch-engagement sensor wiring harness. Our technician reconnected and secured it, then started and tested the crusher. Normal operation was restored during testing.

It’s an example of the practical wiring and connector checks that support diagnosis on working equipment.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Useful answers before you book.

Do you offer mobile hydraulic repairs in Auckland?+

Yes. We provide mobile diagnosis and suitable hydraulic repairs across Auckland, subject to the machine, site access, parts and technician availability. Call 021 0575 154 with the fault and location so we can discuss the next step.

Which machinery can you help with?+

We support excavators, loaders, crushers and other working equipment, including hydraulic systems, attachments and machinery electrical controls. Send the make, model and fault details so we can confirm the work required.

Can every hydraulic repair be completed on site?+

No. Diagnosis and suitable repairs can be completed on site, but more involved work may require our East Tamaki workshop. We explain the practical options after assessing the machine and fault.

Can you investigate machinery electrical faults as well?+

Yes. We can investigate wiring, connector, sensor and control faults on machinery. This helps when a fault that appears hydraulic may also involve an electrical or mechanical component.
